Lori Johnson and Dawn Peters are sisters and the co-owners of Johnson Therapeutic, LLC. Lori Johnson, an experienced speech pathologist, developed the Textured Spoon specifically for children and adults with oral-motor, oral-sensory and/or feeding difficulties.

The Textured Spoon provides increased sensory awareness and oral-sensory stimulation with feeding. It comes in small and large sizes, and multiple child-friendly colors.

The Tongue LifteR, also created by a speech pathologist, is designed to position the tongue for accurate /r/ sound production in speech.
