At Affordable Weighted Blankets, we specialize in custom weighted blankets for children and adults with Autism, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, Sensory Integration Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, PWS, Downs Syndrome, Restless Legs Syndrome, Insomnia, Alzheimer's, Dementia, and many more.

Use of a weighted blanket has been shown to help some people sleep that have not previously been able to fall asleep or to stay asleep all night. If your child does not sleep all night, this can be a lifesaver for the entire family.

A weighted blanket or wrap can also be used to calm someone with autism or sensory issues that has become overly upset or overwhelmed. For ADHD, it can be used for calming and maintaining focus.

We use all quality materials including 100% cotton materials, and weighted plastic pellets that are hypoallergenic and non-toxic. We also use polyfil (pillow stuffing) to make a super soft and cushiony blanket. Our weights are sewn into the blanket and do not have to be removed for washing.

We have a wide variety of fabrics to choose from. There are popular character prints for children, solids, and fabrics suitable for teens and adults. You can make special requests for fabrics that you do not see on our site.
